Raw Mexican Fiesta!

This is by far one of my favourite raw food themes. I love mexican flavours, but I’m not a fan of corn, rice or beans, so I bypassed those 3 ingredients and came up with a raw mexican meal that tastes just as great – actually, that tastes way better!

I’ve already posted the main components to this raw indulgence, including the raw plantain tortilla wraps, vegan ground beef as well as raw vegan sour cream.

All you need to do to put this beauty together is add either a simple salsa or just diced tomatoes, a simple guacamole or simple sliced avocado, cilantro, lettuce and sprouts!
