This is by far one of my favourite raw food themes. I love mexican flavours, but I’m not a fan of corn, rice or beans, so I bypassed those 3 ingredients and came up with a raw mexican meal that tastes just as great – actually, that tastes way better!
All you need to do to put this beauty together is add either a simple salsa or just diced tomatoes, a simple guacamole or simple sliced avocado, cilantro, lettuce and sprouts!
